Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Executives to help convert interested businesses into Xponent clients through consultation, needs analysis, and solution presentation. This role focuses on understanding client challenges, communicating our technology capabilities, and closing B2B service deals.

Key Responsibilities

Contact leads through phone, email, and video calls

Understand business challenges and identify technology solutions

Explain Xponent's services clearly to potential clients

Schedule discovery and consultation sessions

Present proposals and service packages

Follow up with interested leads through the sales cycle

Maintain CRM records and pipeline management

Collaborate with technical team on solution scoping

Help improve sales scripts and processes based on feedback

Requirements

1–3 years sales experience (B2B preferred)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Understanding of technology services or willingness to learn quickly

Organized and disciplined approach to sales process

Goal-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

Experience selling software, technology services, or consulting

Understanding of custom software development or AI

CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Success Metrics

Leads contacted and qualified

Discovery calls and consultations booked

Proposals sent

Deals closed and revenue generated
