Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Marketing Specialist to help grow Xponent's presence through conversations, relationships, and community engagement in technology and business communities. This role focuses on distribution and relationship-building, not just posting content.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in technology communities (Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, X, Hacker News)
Engage in business and startup communities where our audience exists
Answer questions related to software development, AI, and digital transformation
Build relationships with CTOs, product managers, and business leaders
Share insights and start meaningful discussions
Identify opportunities to introduce Xponent's services naturally
Track community insights and feedback
Report on community sentiment and market trends
Identify potential partnership or collaboration opportunities
Requirements
Strong written communication skills
Understanding of technology or strong willingness to learn
Active participant in online communities
Curiosity and initiative to start conversations
Authentic and helpful communication style
Good judgment on when and how to mention products/services
