Outreach & Partnerships Representative
Role Overview
We are hiring an Outreach & Partnerships Representative to help expand Xponent through strategic partnerships, referral relationships, and targeted outreach to businesses, agencies, and technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential agency partners and referral partners
Run cold outreach campaigns to businesses and decision-makers
Build relationships with CTOs, product leaders, and business owners
Develop partnerships with complementary technology vendors
Recruit affiliates and referral partners
Support partnership deal structuring and negotiation
Maintain outreach tracking and partnership pipeline
Attend industry events and networking opportunities (when applicable)
Create partnership proposals and collaboration frameworks
Requirements
2-4 years experience in outreach, partnerships, or B2B sales
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized approach to tracking conversations and relationships
Comfortable using outreach tools (email, LinkedIn, CRM)
Persistent and resilient in building relationships
Understanding of B2B technology landscape
Nice to Have
Experience in technology partnerships or channel sales
Network in technology, agency, or consulting space
Understanding of software development or AI services
Startup business development experience
