Head of Marketing & Growth
Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead the expansion of Xponent's technology services. This role is responsible for building our lead generation engine, improving client acquisition, and developing strategic partnerships with businesses and enterprises. This is not a social media role. This is a growth leadership role focused on revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion.
What You Will Own
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing roadmap for Xponent's services and products
Build a predictable lead generation system using content, webinars, events, and campaigns
Design and improve the sales funnel from lead to closed deal
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
Develop partnerships with technology vendors, agencies, and enterprise clients
Define messaging and positioning for custom software, AI automation, and digital platform services
Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns
Manage marketing and sales execution team
Requirements
3–7 years experience in marketing, growth, or business development
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or software services marketing preferred
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
Ability to build systems, not just campaigns
Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation tools
Strong communication and leadership skills
